Products sold by Sherlock Amusement Sales are for home use only, they must not be used in commercial premises. This is expressly prohibited under the terms and conditions of use.
Products sold by Sherlock Amusement Sales are provided with a three-month warranty only. This limited warranty covers defects in workmanship and materials for a period of 3 months from the date of delivery. This warranty does not cover problems that result from abuse, accident or misuse. Sherlock Amusement Sales do not accept liability for incidental or consequential damages, or any third-party claims for damages against the purchaser of this product.
All prices are inclusive of Vat.
Our standard delivery term for small couriered items such as pool balls is 72 hours from time of order received in to the office and providing this order is before 14.00. Next day delivery and timed deliveries all have additional charges and vary depending on location and times required – POA.
Delivery of larger items such as pool tables and fruit machines will take between 7-10 days.
It is the responsibility of the receiver to check the goods for damage before signing or accepting the consignment. If there is any damage the goods must be signed for as damaged, and a picture taken where possible of the damaged item as a record/validation. (signing for them “unchecked” is not sufficient) and The Rudd Group must be notified within 48 hours of delivery.
Returns must be agreed with The Rudd Group in writing/email prior to returning. Items returned must be new, unused and in their original packaging.
